Xhalata is a 16-hectare tourism and real estate development that integrates residences, commercial spaces and wellness areas in harmony with the natural environment. Inspired by the UN SDGs, it incorporates renewable energy, water management, reforestation and biodiversity protection. It promotes an inclusive and resilient community focused on tourism and sustainable development.

TEPOZTLÁN

Year: 2023

Location: Cuernavaca, Morelos, Mexico

Sustainable real estate development of 9.7 hectares that integrates 68 homes with low environmental impact design. The project applies LEED principles, water reuse, renewable energy and modular construction. Inspired by the SDGs, it includes wellness spaces, bike lanes and sports areas, as well as commercial and community areas that promote social cohesion and respect local identity.

HACIENDA CAPULÍN

Year: 2025

Location: Silao, Guanajuato, Mexico

Residential and tourist development of 66 luxury apartments that combines conscious design and sustainability, aligned with the UN SDGs. Integrated into a privileged natural setting, it preserves century-old trees and maintains historic architecture. Offers amenities such as a pool, padel courts, jacuzzi and restaurant. Uses technologies and sustainable practices to optimize resources and minimize environmental impact.
